1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CrownForge Capital ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
CrownForge Capital provides a multi-asset trading platform including cryptocurrency, stocks, forex, binary options, arbitrage trading, cloud mining, hardware wallet sales, crypto card issuance, and investment signals. All services are provided "as is."
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial instruments carries significant risk of loss. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unregulated. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose. CrownForge Capital does not guarantee profits or returns.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify CrownForge Capital of any unauthorized use of your account. CrownForge Capital is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
5. KYC & Compliance
CrownForge Capital complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. All users are required to complete identity verification. CrownForge Capital reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are processed manually. Minimum deposit is $50 USD. CrownForge Capital reserves the right to delay or refuse transactions in cases of suspected fraud or compliance violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
CrownForge Capital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
